What you will need:
- 12 jumbo shrimp (preferably gulf) such as 21/25 or 16/20
- 6 slices of your favorite bacon cut in half
- 8 ounces of Half Shell BBQ Glaze & Finishing Sauce
- Salt and pepper
Preheat oven to 450 F. Line baking pan with aluminum foil. Wrap shrimp with half slice of bacon and secure with a toothpick. Season with salt and pepper and place on baking pan. Bake for 18 – 20 minutes until bacon edges are crispy. When shrimp have about 5 minutes of cook time left preheat a sauté pan to medium heat. When shrimp are done add Half Shell BBQ Glaze & Finishing Sauce to pan and toss in shrimp. Stir shrimp in sauce until sauce starts to thicken and coats shrimp. Remove from pan, let cool and enjoy!!!
